Data We Access

When you connect SearchPilot to your Google accounts, we access only the data you explicitly authorize:

  • Google Search Console data: Search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, and position data
  • Google Analytics data (if connected): Traffic sources, page views, and user behavior metrics
  • Site crawl data: Publicly accessible HTML, metadata, and internal links from your website

Data We Do Not Access

We want to be explicitly clear about what we do not do:

  • No access to Google Ads accounts
  • No access to Google accounts beyond granted scopes
  • No access to private user data or personally identifiable information (PII) of your website visitors
  • No selling of your data to third parties
  • No sharing of your data for advertising purposes

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the SearchPilot service:

  • Generate personalized SEO insights and recommendations
  • Identify keyword cannibalization and content opportunities
  • Calculate AI readiness scores for your content
  • Create prioritized action plans for your team

Important: Your data is not used to train public AI models. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

  • All connected integrations are immediately revoked
  • Your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days
  • We do not retain any copies of your search or analytics data

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement, but this data cannot be traced back to you or your website.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data
  • Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent: Disconnect integrations and revoke access at any time
