Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SearchPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Scope of Service

SearchPilot is an SEO execution platform that provides analysis and recommendations based on your Google Search Console data and website content.

What SearchPilot does:

  • Analyzes your search performance data to identify opportunities
  • Detects keyword cannibalization and content gaps
  • Generates prioritized action recommendations
  • Tracks task completion and SEO progress

What SearchPilot does not do:

  • SearchPilot does not guarantee specific rankings or traffic results
  • SearchPilot does not modify your website automatically
  • SearchPilot does not implement changes on your behalf

All changes to your website are made by you or your team at your own discretion.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Evaluating recommendations before implementing them
  • Making any changes to your website
  • Ensuring changes comply with search engine guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate account information

SearchPilot provides guidance based on data analysis. The decision to act on that guidance is yours.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. SearchPilot acts as a data processor, not a data owner.

  • Your Google Search Console data remains yours
  • Your website content and analytics remain yours
  • You can export or delete your data at any time
  • Upon account deletion, all your data is removed from our systems

Account Registration

To use SearchPilot, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscription and Payment

SearchPilot offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission
  • Use the service to harm competitors or manipulate search results

Limitation of Liability

SearchPilot provides recommendations based on your data. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in search rankings or traffic
  • Decisions made based on our recommendations
  • Any modifications you make to your website
  • Third-party services or integrations

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect.
